Return Policy
Effective Date: April 11th, 2025
Due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or not as described, please email us at phonziestcgshop@gmail.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Cancellation & Order Modification Policy
We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel or modify your order. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:
Order Amendments (Before Shipment)
If you need to make changes to your order (such as updating your shipping details, modifying item quantities, or swapping products), please email us at phonziestcgshop@gmail.com with your order number and requested changes.
While we will do our best to accommodate your request, amendments cannot be guaranteed, as orders may already be in processing for shipment.
Eligibility for Cancellation
- Timeframe: Cancellations must be requested before the order has been shipped.
- Order Status: Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details on shipment tracking.
- Post-Dispatch Cancellations: If an order has already shipped and the customer refuses delivery, it will be handled as a return request. However, as we do not accept returns, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with the return.
Cancellation Fee
- 6% Payment Processing Fee + 10% Restocking Fee: All customer-initiated cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 6% fee to cover payment processing costs, plus a 10% restocking fee. This restocking fee applies to all orders once they are placed, as inventory allocation and fulfillment processes begin immediately.
- Example: For an order totaling $610.00, the cancellation and restocking fees would total $97.60 (6% of $610 = $36.60; 10% of $610 = $61.00), resulting in a refund of $512.40.
Post-Dispatch Cancellations
If an order has already shipped and the customer refuses delivery, it will be treated as a return request. While we do not accept returns, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs. In all such cases, a 10% restocking fee will be applied, in addition to the original 6% processing fee. These fees cover handling, restocking, and inventory adjustment costs already incurred once the order is placed.
How to Request a Cancellation

Email Us: Send an email to phonziestcgshop@gmail.com with the subject line:
"CANCEL ORDER #..."(e.g.,"CANCEL ORDER #12345"). - Provide Details: Include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a brief reason for the cancellation.
- Confirmation: Once we receive your cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours detailing the status of your cancellation and refund.
Refund Process
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
- Method of Refund: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exceptions
- Seller-Initiated Cancellations: If we need to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., out-of-stock items), the 6% cancellation fee will not apply, and you will receive a full refund.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please refer to our Return Policy above instead of the cancellation process.
Price Adjustments
- Restocked Items: If booster boxes or other items are restocked at a higher price, we are not obligated to honor the original price from a previous order. Future purchases will reflect the current pricing at the time of reorder.
- Notification: To ensure you receive the best price, you can opt-in to receive a notification email when the items are back in stock.
